Supporting different type pf clients to estimate their project using a competitive costing and estimating process.

• Work closely with the various departments in the development of various types of estimates according to cost estimate classification matrix.

• Analyzing project, Compliance and Gating group to establish contingency and escalation values based on the appropriate definitions of risk. 

• Reviewing proposals specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimates

• Preparing cost estimates at various stages of design from schematic and budget to detailed take-off and pricing.

• Ensuring maintenance of files and documents as back-up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists.

•  Reviewing quotes for completeness with plans & specs. And providing recommendation on best solution based on cost, engineering quality, and availability of materials.

• Monitoring and streamline scope inclusions, exclusions, & clarifications for estimates.

• Participating in project meetings, reviewed schedules and prepared reports.
